The campsite is absolutely excellent. The staff are so friendly and the information is detailed and so useful. We requested a quiet pitch and it was exactly that - shady, quiet and peaceful despite the campsite being busy. The restaurant pizzas are great and the pastries from the shop are amazing. You can walk directly along the lakeside and swim in the lake from the private pontoon., or walk/cycle to Portese for the Lake Ferry. We will definitely return.

Super nice staff.
Our first pitch was not good and very exposed. Noisy. You have this feedback from my husband already. A barrier was put up to stop people parking on our porch but this should have been done from day one… we moved pitch’s for the final two nights which was so much better and wish we had been able to do this sooner.

I liked the second plot. First had no own water supply and was by the bins and very noisy .. people used front section to park on. Second pitch was great - 110.

Organisation und Sauberkeit hervorragend. Gutes Restaurant und vernünftiger Einkaufsladen. Prima Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht.
In dem von uns genutzten Sanitärgebäude könnten noch Spiegel aufgehängt werden. Das ist alles..

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Kind hatte sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Super sind auch die Sanitäranlagen für Kinder.
Es ist ein bisschen schade das die Kinder Sanitäranlagen nicht beheizt sind.

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Neben dem schönen Campingplatz haben dazu auch vor allem die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter beigetragen.
Die Leihfahrräder für die City könnten einmal generalüberholt werden. Trockenmöglichkeiten für die Hände in den hinteren Sanitäranlagen wären praktisch.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es wurde alles schnell und unkompliziert geregelt. Der Platz war super und wir wurden von Stunde Null an sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das hat sich im laufe unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geändert und wir konnte jederzeit mit unseren Fragen und Wünschen an das Team herantreten. Es war jederzeit für uns jemand ansprechbar. Auch unsere Hunde wurden herzlich behandelt.
Vielleicht könnte man ein Begrüßung Pakt für Hundebesitzer ( Kotbeutel, Leckerlies und Futterproben) mit aufnehmen, auf anderen Campingplätzen hatten wir dieses schon erlebt und wir waren sehr begeistert.

Das wir alle Versorgungsanschlüsse direkt am Platz hatten und das er mit einer Hecke eingegrenzt war, das hat eine Ruhe und Heimeligkeit gebracht und sorgte für ruhe bei den Hunden.

freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Der Mitarbeiter, der den Rasen mähte, obwohl gar kein Rasen mehr da war, nachdem Camper abgereist waren, hatte für sein Umfeld gar keinen Blick. Er wirbelte den größten Staub auf und es interessierte ihn gar nicht, dass andere Camper frühstückten oder vor dem Wohnmobil saßen. Er sollte einfach mal nachdenken.

Besonders gut hat uns die Poolanlage gefallen, auch wenn der zweite Pool an drei von sechs Tagen geschlossen war.
Uns hat gestört, dass sowohl früh morgens als auch spät abends motorisierte, also laute Fahrzeuge direkt an unserem Zelt vorbeigefahren sind. Da der Weg direkt an unserem Zelt entlangging, fühlte es sich so an, als ob jemand durch unser Zelt fährt. Wir sind mehrmals davon erschrocken aufgewacht. Wir hätten auch gerne die Möglichkeit gehabt, uns in einem gemeinsamen Bereich abends aufzuhalten. Leider war die Animation sehr früh zu Ende und die Bar schloss um 20:00 Uhr. So war man immer für sich allein.

Der Stellplatz war groß und durch den Baumbestand gab es etwas Schatten.
Die Bezeichnung „XL Pool“ ist irreführend, da der Stellplatz zwar in der Nähe des Pools liegt, aber nicht angrenzt. Die Hundespielwiese und der Tennisplatz sind näher. Das ist für eine Familie, die im Zelt schläft, relevant, weil um uns herum sehr viele Hunde waren, die natürlich auch gebellt haben.
