Il De Ré is lovely and this little site was quiet and had good access to the rest of the Island. Reception staff were lovely and friendly.
My only negative is that after a very long drive, our pitch was still occupied at 2.00 pm and we had to wait for the family to pack up and leave, this took hours. We only had two nights so this was disappointing to not get ourselves set up to enjoy our time. I was told a manager would call me, but this did not happen. The site is otherwise great, but it was a shame the start was not good and I didn’t want to spend our time going back to reception to see if there could be anything done about the first night. We did eventually set up and enjoyed our stay.

Pitch was fine, level, short walk to facilities. Basic but good value and nice to have a small pool to cool off.
The pitch not being available at check in and having to wait while it was cleared. We only had two nights so this was frustrating, especially after a long drive to get there.

Pitch wasn't the best position, no electric hook up although staff aimed to help by providing a French extension lead. Very shady and windy and right by sanitation. Think we were just unlucky with the actual pitch location as other pitches looked really nice.

Liked: Friendly staff Francois was very helpful in arranging the local vet to treat our dog for the necessary tapeworm tablets for the trip back to the UK. Vets was €50. Great location near the many cycle paths over the island to the surrounding towns beaches. Lots of cycle hire shops if you don’t carry your own bikes. Brilliant market at Ars Le Re. Selling handcrafted high quality products not the usual Chinese tat, as well as veg and deli produce. Site was quite busy but still quiet enough. Pitches not as large as some but ok for medium sized motorhomes.
One toilet block closed so quite a walk to showers and water point.

Great location to cycle. The nearby village is very pretty. The village has a wonderful market and good places to eat. Love the delivery of baguettes if you ordered them at Reception.
No soap or gel to clean your hands after using the toilet. One section of the bathroom was sealed off so as a female I had to use the toilet opposite the urinals. WiFi very expensive.

Peaceful and unspoiled location on a beautiful, fascinating island.
With autumn approaching, the temperature of the shower water was too low, otherwise all was good except the description of an OAP. We are both 70, fit, healthy, far from old and still working part-time.. Please don’t use this out of date term.

The Hook-up points were a long way from some pitches so had to make up a longer 15M cable to connect to power. Staff found us a new pitch from the original as was next to toilet block.

Dommage qu’un chantier de travaux publics décidés par la mairie ,jouxtant le camping,tres bruyant et très poussiéreux ait perturbé les 3 premiers jours de notre sejour… merci à l’equipe du camping de nous avoir trouvé un emplacement moins exposé au bruit…. Dommage quand même que la mairie n’ait pas pris en compte que la saison touristique etait encore en cours En septembre !!!et que le camping etait plein!!!

J'aime le calme général, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'animations bruyante. J'aimerais que cela soit redit aux arrivants. La veille de mon départ est arrivée une famille de "beaufs", pardon pour l'expression, parlant et riant très fort jusque tard dans la nuit. De même le matin, tout le monde pouvait savoir qu'ils étaient réveillés !

Je suis aussi venu début août .La personne qui était à l'accueil n'était pas terrible. C'était un garçon . Il ne rendait pas la monnaies. Impossible il n'en avait pas. Je trouve ça un peu déplacé. Car 30cts par là 30 ces par ci. Vous faite le calcul à la fin de la saison. Argent volé au vacanciers je trouve. Les sanitaires pas toujours lavé. Ce qui n'était pas le cas les années précédentes Cela fait 8 ans que je viens à ce camping.

Le camping est calme, peu d'animations, ombragé, proche des commerces, proche de la plage et avec une petite piscine chauffée. Emplacements bien délimités et spacieux. C'est ce que nous cherchions et nous ne sommes pas déçus ! J'ai trouvé que les sanitaires étaient propres et nettoyés régulièrement.
Le seul bémol, c'est de ne pas pouvoir choisir la température de l'eau des douches. Elle me convenait mais je peux comprendre que se soit trop chaud pour certains.

Nuit étape dans un tour de l'île de ré à vélo père-fils, camping bien situé, reposant, à taille humaine, avec petite piscine très agréable avant de repartir le matin.
Pas très rassuré de ne pas avoir réussi à joindre le camping par téléphone en amont (autant la semaine d'avant que le jour J pour prévenir que nous arrivions plus tard), mais tout a été très bien.

Nous avons pris le camping au hasard et nous avons été séduits par l'emplacement, le calme, le côté nature du camping. La location de vélos dans l'enceinte a été un vrai plus.
Les sanitaires étaient limite au niveau propreté, ce qui pourrait apporter un vrai plus à ce camping. Le gel hydroalcoolique et le savon liquide présents à notre arrivée n'ont jamais été renouvelés dans la semaine, les toiles d'araignées présentes sur les ouvertures n'ont jamais disparues, et les cuvettes, même après le passage du ménage n'étaient pas nettes...

L’absence de surveillance de la piscine : certains enfants/ados turbulents se jetaient dans la piscine. Pour des questions de sécurité, j’ai demandé aux miens de sortir. L’horaire de passage pour le nettoyage des sanitaires : je ne comprends pas que certains blocs étaient fermés aux heures de pointe (09h00/09h30). À mon avis, a 08h30 ils devraient être nettoyés. Le service de restauration : par 2 fois, j’ai voulu prendre un café aux environs de 14h30/15h00, et c’était soit fermé, soit il y avait un message d’absence pendant 45 mn.

Une année très mauvaise. Un seul coin sanitaire pour 300 campeurs, un coin sanitaire cassé et jamais repare. Des file d'attente aux toilettes le matin car le ménage est fait très tard et qu'à moitié. Des bidons de désinfectant dans les toilettes continuellement vides, jamais de papier, des traces de c**** sur les murs des cabines jamais nettoyées, un ensemble de personnels très jeunes très désagréables et vraiment non professionnels qui est visiblement la pour s'amuser et faire la fête. Une année qui bat les pires records, cela fait 4 ans que nous venions ici ça sera notre dernière année.

Sur le site du camping il était indiqué piscine et bar. Or, du 15 au 22 avril ça n'était pas accessible. La direction m'a gentiment remboursé mon séjour.

camping sécurisé au niveau entrée. dans les années à venir, utilité de renforcer la clôture côté est (terrain vague auquel on accède par le portail manuel).

camping agréable en cette période hors saison estivale, La nature le composant (majoritairement des peupliers) est plaisant du fait du bruit des feuilles dans le vent. l'avantage aussi par rapport aux conifères est que les oiseaux de mer ne viennent pas y dormir la nuit et effectuer des déjections sur l'équipement de camping... utilité peut-être d'accentuer une végétation haute côté sud pour l'ombre?

le beau gazon qu'on voit sur les photos de votre site et qui doit être bien présent au printemps s'est transformé en poussière pour l'été. Canicule et fréquentation non stop des emplacement ont eu raison de lui !

Merci pour votre commentaire Monsieur Vallet ! Nous sommes ravis de constater que vous avez remarqué la qualité de nos services et les efforts de l'équipe quant à la propreté et le calme la nuit. Concernant les pré-réservations d'emplacements, nous avons remédié à notre système cette année en ne prenant aucune pré-réservation avant octobre pour éviter les erreurs comme l'année dernière pour les numéros demandés en particulier. Concernant le gazon je vous rassure il retrouve petit à petit sa belle couleur verte dès à présent, effectivement avec les grosses chaleurs de cet été tous les terrains de camping ont souffert de la canicule et plus particulièrement les sols, c'est évident ! Nous ne pouvons que nous réjouir de la grande fréquentation de cette année qui a été exceptionnelle et ferons tout pour la faire perdurer !

Très bon séjour. L'état général du camping et des sanitaires est bien meilleur qu'il y a 2 an (nouvelle équipe).
Petite vigilance sur l'état des emplacements après le départ de certains campeurs qui malheureusement ne prennent pas le soins d'enlever tout leurs déchets (même si cela est difficile lors des périodes d'affluence). Les sanitaires handicapés sont ben agencés, le top serait d'avoir une pomme de douche en parallèle du diffuseur fixe.

La barrière de sortie plage est fermée tous les soirs à partir de 23h pour la sécurité de nos clients (donc ouverte de 5h le matin à 23h), concernant les douches femmes nous n'avons pas eu de retour à ce sujet, un passage est effectué 3 fois par jour dans les sanitaires, n'hésitez surtout pas à nous signaler à la réception si toutefois entre ces passages le standard ne convenait pas, nous ne manquons pas de repasser quand nécessaire... Nous sommes contents toutefois que vous ayez apprécié nos efforts pour la situation de votre emplacement proche du mobil-home comme demandé ....A bientôt !

nous avons apprécié fortement la propreté des sanitaires, un vrai plus pour et très agréable. La situation du camping proche de la plage et de portes en ré. un des deux emplacement étant à l'ombre et c'est très appréciable aussi.
Nous regrettons le fait de ne pas avoir un service location de frigo, nous avons fonctionné avec des bacs à glace et glacière mais c'est un peu léger par forte chaleur.

Mon emplacement. Grand mi soleil ombre .calme.arbore. Cadre familial jusqu'au 23 juillet après c'est plus difficile Mes gérants sont vraiment sympathiques à l'écoute et le personnel fait de son mieux pour nous assuré de bonnes conditions de propreté dans les sanitaires. Accueil très chaleureux et on se sent vite rassuré par la bonne tenue du camping

Quant aux hébergements voici la répartition : 130 emplacements au total, 31 locations (soit 1/3) le reste sont des emplacements campings, je vous laisse donc juger... Nous sommes encore un des rares campings à avoir cette répartition (+ d'emplacements camping que de locations) , sachez l'apprécier :) Au plaisir !

Piscine trop petite,et, occupé sans cesse par des enfants et des adultes bruyant et qui vous empêchent de nager.il faut arrêter de tailler les arbres des emplacements campeur.Le papier toilette difficile à être plein et, difficile quand il y en a, à dérouler. Les femmes qui vont du côté sanitaire homme, car c'est plus propre.

La terre très noire et salissante pour hygiène des pieds, en cas de pluie, n'absorbe pas l'eau contrairement au sable qu'il y avait avant. Difficile d'y enfoncer des sardines. Trop de cailloux

La piscine en question est plutôt un bassin détente effectivement pas à la mesure des piscines que l'on peut retrouver ailleurs mais plûtot pour y apporter une ambiance de sérénité, parfois des adultes et enfants sont un peu plus bruyants lorsque l'affluence est plus dense mais en règle générale le calme est respecté... La vie dans un camping est aussi la vie en communauté qu'il faut accepter... Aussi nous n'arrêterons certainement pas de tailler les arbres puisque cela est nécessaire pour la bonne pousse de ceux-ci, nous rappelons que cette taille est faite par des professionnels qui sont du "métier" et qui nous recommandent chaque année de tailler tel ou tel arbre... Quand au papier toilette nous avons rarement eu de commentaire de la sorte, pourquoi ne pas venir nous voir à la réception pour nous indiquer ce problème éventuel ? Nous serions ravis de vous faire voir le fonctionnement du déroulement du papier si vous y trouvez des difficultés .... Pour ce qui est de la propreté du sanitaire, notre point fort ici, nous laisserons les personnes juger par elles-mêmes par les commentaires émis et les félicitations que l'on nous attribue régulièrement à ce sujet.... Nous vous accordons la terre très sèche cette année vu les chaleurs de la saison, la nature quoi ... :) Nous comprenons que notre camping ne peut plaire à tout le monde et travaillons au mieux pour remédier aux problèmes (car oui il y en a toujours), aussi, nombreuses sont les personnes qui ont compris que pour avancer dans le bon sens il est bon de nous indiquer sur le champs les petits soucis journaliers qui peuvent vous opportuner de façon à ce que l'on trouve une solution immédiate avec tout le personnel dédié ici... Au plaisir :)

Nous n'avons pas encore prévu de parasol à ce jour mais nous notons votre suggestion, les animations pour enfants sont centrées sur des ateliers ludiques dont le programme est affiché à l'extérieur de la réception et croyez-nous les activités sont multiples (vous pouvez aussi consulter le compte facebook du camping), nous sommes vraiment dubitatifs concernant votre remarque sur la propreté qui fait partie de nos priorités et dont nous sommes reconnus pour l'assiduité ! pourriez-vous nous expliquer ce qu'il s'est passé en nous envoyant un mail svp ? La piscine par forte chaleur, la proximité des plages, l'emplacement assez spacieux et bien borné, les sanitaire sont propre et bien tenu.
Un oeut plus d'informations sur les service annex possible et sur le fonctionnement de la barrière aurait été un plus.

Camping proche des plages et du centre bourg, tout se fait à pied, petit marché animé ,coloré , il y a même une petite supérette... Le camping est trés accueillant, le personnel à votre service et à votre écoute, les sanitaires sont irréprochables....toujours de l'eau chaude....eh oui ce n'est pas le cas de tous les campings. Ce camping possède des emplacements ensoleillés et ombragés....au choix Les plages sont à 300m , pour la pêche à pied c'est un régal. Sinon piscine camping. Nous reviendrons certainement, ce fut un coup de coeur, je le conseille vivement en couple ou en famille

Merci pour votre avis ! Nous avons bien noté les différentes problématiques que vous avez rencontrées lors de votre séjour. Concernant le bloc sanitaire les différentes parties sont ouvertes selon les flux sur le camping mais d'une façon générale le grand bloc sanitaire en question est toujours ouvert, il arrive aussi parfois qu'une partie soit fermée pour le grand nettoyage... Nous pouvons vous garantir la sécurité du camping ici car le portillon en question est effectivement ouvert toute la journée mais fermé le soir dès 22h30, l'accès aux sanitaires est aussi limité par un code digital qui est remis aux campeurs uniquement. La piscine est un bassin de détente qui est effectivement assez petit. Concernant les activités nous aimerions ajouter ce point : à cette période voici ce qui est proposé : Visite gratuite d'un marais salant chez le saunier (qui vous explique la fabrication du sel), cours de yoga, massages, jeux en bois... Les activités avec notre guide slow n'ont effectivement commencé que le 3 juillet dernier. Pour finir les haies sont taillées avant l'ouverture du camping et les racines peuvent etre présentes sur quelques emplacements (nature oblige), quant aux résidus de déchets nous sommes très surpris de cette remarque et aurions aimé être alerté au moment de votre séjour afin de constater et d'intervenir au plus vite. Nous sommes ravis toutefois que vous ayez apprécié la tranquillité et le calme du camping...

Il est toujours possible de changer d'emplacement lorsque les disponibilités le permettent si le numéro que l'on vous a attribué ne vous convient pas, ce qui a été apparemment votre cas mais sans retour de votre part sur place nous ne pouvons pas faire le nécessaire... Nous avons également eu un week-end fut très animé par le triathlon T24 effectivement, qui a eu lieu pendant votre séjour avec des animations (pendant 1 journée seulement) situés très proches du camping et pouvant occasionner des nuisances sonores... Nous ne comprenons pas l'accueil "froid" et vous invitons à nous envoyer plus de précisions par mail, quand aux mots de tête avec les " antennes de fournisseurs internet " et avec le nombre de personnes qui séjournent dans notre camping depuis plusieurs années nous aurions été alertés si un problème de ce genre était la cause de maux de tête... Nous espérons tout de même vous revoir lors d'un éventuel prochain séjour pour vous montrer notre bonne foi.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. J'ai rencontré un souci avec ma tente qui prenait l'eau et la personne à l'accueil a tout de suite trouvé une solution d'hébergement avec toit pour la nuit suivante, et elle a même gardé mon ordinateur à la réception. En bref, le personnel est aux petits soins, le camping très propre et bon marché pour l'île de Ré. Je recommande à 100% !!!

Durch seine Lage am Ende der Insel bietet der Platz vor allem viel Ruhe. Es gibt im Ort einen kleinen Supermarkt, aber es ist dennoch sinnvoll, sich vorher ordentlich zu proviantieren. Denn jetzt zum Saisonende haben im Ort abends keine Lokale mehr auf. Der Platz bietet bis 19 Uhr etwas zu essen. Dank der vielen Radwege konnten wir herrliche Ausflüge unternehmen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, dafür ein großes Lob und Dankeschön.
Die Sanitäranlagen sollten dringend renoviert sowie die Ver-und Entsorgung erneuert werden. Es ist okay, dass zum Saisonende nur das große Waschhaus auf ist, aber wir mochten dort weder duschen noch auf Toilette gehen. Die Preise für Baguette und Pain au Chocolate sind gepfeffert. Auf anderen Plätzen haben wir über 1/3 weniger gezahlt.

Zufällige Entdeckung dieses tollen Stellplatzes mit Schatten und kleinen Hecken zum Nachbarn. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption! Wir kommen gerne wieder??????. Kleiner Pool, nette Bar, Fahrradverleih an der Rezeption, Supermarkt 10 min. zu Fuß, Fußweg ins wunderschöne Örtchen keine 10 min.

There are lots of trees; we like some shade. It feels roomy. We liked the grass on which we stood. The walk to the town is lovely. Lots of flowers, old cottages, frequent market, wonderful bakery. We found a quiet and sandy beach where our dog could swim which was also an easy walk from the campsite. It looked like a tropical beach to us. The showers and toilets are fine.
The square on arrival (campsite till the the Tourist Information) is very unattractive.

Wir finden das große Wohnmobile nicht auf einen Campingplatz gehören. Diese zerstören das Campinggefühl und dienen nicht zur Kommunikation , was auf einem Campingplatz auch dazu gehört!

wie schon gesagt die großen Wohnmobile sollten draußen bleiben, hier sind oft Menschen zu sehen die für sich bleiben wollen.

Der Campingplatz war ruhig, obwohl es auch sehr viele Familien hatte. Der öffentliche Bus war direkt vor dem Camping und mit dem Fahrrad war man sehr schnell im kleinen Einkaufszentrum. Top!! Ebenfalls fühlten wir uns sehr sicher, Diebstahl war um Glück kein Thema.
Sehr wünschenswert wären WC-Brillen. Es ist nicht komfortabel ohne WC-Brille auf dem WC zu sitzen!

Besonders gefallen haben uns die grossen Parzellen. Obschon wir einen grossen Wohnwagen haben, konnten wir auch noch unser Auto parkieren.
Da wir sehr schönes, heisses Wetter hatten, wäre ein bisschen mehr Schatten sehr wünschenswert gewesen.

Mooie locatie nabij het strand, winkels en horeca. De camping beschikt over beschutte plekken en relatief proper sanitair.
Een camping waar elke vrije vierkante meter gebruikt worden en moet opbrengen. Zeer druk ogende en volle camping. Doordat het een camping uit de keten van Seasonova is mist het wat persoonlijkheid en eigenheid. Jammer dat het tweede sanitaire blok gesloten was voor renovatie.

De omgeving was prachtig! Op loopafstand naar Porte en Ré en een hele relaxte sfeer op de camping. De receptie was onwijs goed en wij hebben erg genoten.

Onze standplaats was erg ruim en wij konden onze tent en auto gemakkelijk kwijt zonder dat we andere mensen tot last waren.
Het electricititeitspaaltje stond redelijk ver weg en had een andere aansluiting, waardoor wij een andere aansluiting moesten kopen voor bij de receptie voor 20 euro. Op de site was dit van te voren niet heel duidelijk aangegeven.

Hele fijne rustige kleine camping, schoon, grote plaatsen, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Per juli 22 is er ook een zwembad en een restaurant op de camping. Voor grotere inkopen kun je naar de Lecler of Intermaché bij La Flotte gaan of in Les Portes zelf, Daar is elke dag markt en er is ook een zelfbedieningszaak. Omdat we hierom gevraagd hadden lagen we vlakbij de toiletten op geweldig grote plaats. Totaal geen overlast van de toiletten. Kortom wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf op de camping.
Het internet is best wel duur.

Caravan + voortent + koepeltent en de auto heel gemakkelijk te plaatsen. Zee van ruimte. Veel schaduwplekken.
